Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Email activity. Our email provider records whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked.
We do not ask for health information, and the Site has no patient accounts. Please do not send us details about your own health or medications by email.

Email service provider
