Dispute resolution
Before taking legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be decided by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Wyoming. Each party pays its own legal costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
